The Free Care Quality Risk Audit is intended to:

- Help you identify possible compliance or operational risks
- Provide practical observations and suggested areas for improvement
- Support discussions about inspection readiness and quality oversight
The audit is intended as an informational and supportive review. It is not a formal CQC inspection, regulatory assessment, certification or guarantee of compliance, and it does not guarantee any particular inspection outcome or CQC rating.
You remain responsible for deciding what action to take in response to the audit and for ensuring that your service meets applicable legal, regulatory and professional requirements.

Demonstrations and Enquiries
You may contact us through our website to ask questions, make an enquiry or request a demonstration of CareCompass AI.
Information shown or discussed during a demonstration is provided to help you understand CareCompass AI’s features, capabilities, and potential uses. Demonstrations may use illustrative examples, sample information or demonstration environments and should not be treated as an assessment of your organisation unless we expressly agree otherwise.
When submitting an enquiry or booking a demonstration, you agree to:
